By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing products through our Site, you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor a price that was listed in error. We will not be liable if the product is no longer available or the price changes before we accept your order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

4.1 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and begin after your order is accepted and payment is authorized. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other third-parties. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

11. Severability & Waiver
