Woodek Return Policy
We want you to love your Woodek furniture. If for any reason you don’t, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Returns aren’t free - return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may also use your own carrier or return items to our Deerfield, Florida warehouse; a pre-arranged appointment is required for warehouse drop-offs.

Items must be in the same condition as received - unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue quickly and work to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
