Small parcel deliveries — for nightstands, bedding, pet products, and small accessories — are FREE of charge across the USA (excluding Islands and Hawaii).

At Woodek, we’re dedicated to making your delivery as easy and memorable as the furniture itself. For larger pieces, our white-glove team takes care of everything — from careful unpacking to placing your furniture right where it belongs, with all packaging removed. White-glove delivery is available in the Boca Raton, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens areas. For all other locations, we ship through reliable UPS Standard Delivery.

We want you to love your Woodek furniture. If for any reason you don’t, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items (see below for Sale items). Returns aren’t free—return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may also use your own carrier or return items to our Deerfield, Florida warehouse; a pre-arranged appointment is required for warehouse drop-offs.

Please note: most of our items are made from solid wood, handmade and hand-finished, and every piece is unique—like trees in a forest. Therefore, natural variations in color and grain pattern are to be expected. This is part of the furniture’s character. Love it and value it, just like nature does.
