All rates apply across the continental United States unless noted otherwise.
Nightstands
Nightstands travel as small parcel deliveries through our trusted carriers - Fedex and UPS.
They ship FREE across the United States and arrive carefully packed and protected.
Please note that Islands and Hawaii are not included in this free service.
Pet Beds and Small Soft Goods
Soft goods such as pet beds and similar accessories ship as lightweight parcels.They carry a simple flat rate of 20$ across the United States.
This option provides fast dependable delivery while keeping your costs predictable.
Large Furniture
Larger handcrafted pieces require a delivery method that matches their weight and craftsmanship.To keep the process easy we use two clear flat rates based on item weight

Items above one hundred thirty pounds ship for 199$ across the United states
Furniture Delivery Details
Our goal is to make receiving your new furniture simple and stress free. Each order is matched with the delivery method best suited for its size and weight. Smaller items travel by trusted parcel carriers. Larger pieces are delivered through reliable freight partners with a careful inside delivery experience.
When your order is ready for arrival our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time. If you live in a gated community or require a service elevator please let us know beforehand so the delivery team can plan accordingly.
An adult of at least eighteen years must be present to receive and inspect the furniture. If anything appears damaged or incorrect upon arrival simply inform us. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Measuring and Preparation Guide
To ensure a smooth delivery please confirm that your new piece can pass through all entry points on the way to its final placement. Take time to measure carefully before scheduling your delivery appointment.
- Step One
Review all product dimensions listed on our website. Confirm that the height width depth and diagonal measurement can clear doorways and turn through tight spaces.
- Step Two
Measure the space where the furniture will be placed. Consider outlining the footprint with painters tape to visualize the scale in the room.
- Step Three
Measure the entire delivery path. This includes all doorways hallways stairways and elevators. Pay attention to corners railings moldings low lighting fixtures and ceiling drops that may reduce clearance.
Before the team arrives please remove rugs artwork and fragile items from the delivery path. Secure pets in a separate room. Our team cannot move existing furniture or detach doors.
Delivery Day Expectations
Once your order reaches your area a delivery coordinator will arrange a time that fits your schedule.
Large-parcel items are delivered to your front door. Inside delivery, unpacking, packaging removal, and placement in a room of your choice are available only with White Glove Service and must be arranged in advance by contacting us.
Please plan to have help available to safely move large items into your home and unpack them.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Inspection at delivery and transit damage
Please inspect your order at delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve confirmed transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Returns for eligible stock items
Eligible stock (non-custom) indoor furniture and indoor seating may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

you have proof of purchase, and
-
the item is in like-new, unused, and resalable condition, in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
Fees and shipping

delivery and shipping fees: delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, except for confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage.

restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not related to a confirmed defect or transit damage.

return transportation: the customer is responsible for return shipping/transportation costs and any access-related charges (stairs, elevators, narrow access, etc.).
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation (except for confirmed defect or transit damage, and subject to applicable law):

custom, made-to-order, or special-order furniture (including custom upholstery, COM/COL, custom sizes, and custom finishes)
-
final sale, clearance, and “as-is” items
-
items that have been assembled, installed, modified, used, or damaged after delivery (including stains, odors, pet damage, or wear)
- mattresses and bedding items (if applicable).
How to start a return
Email info@woodekdesign.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the item’s current condition. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds

refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise value only, after the item is received and inspected (delivery/shipping and applicable fees are excluded).

if the original payment method is not available, or for gift purchases, store credit may be issued.
