Refund policy
Woodek Return Policy
We want you to love your Woodek furniture. If for any reason you don’t, we offer a 14-day return policy on all items. Returns aren’t free - return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may also use your own carrier or return items to our Deerfield, Florida warehouse; a pre-arranged appointment is required for warehouse drop-offs.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation (except for confirmed defect or transit damage, and subject to applicable law):

custom, made-to-order, or special-order furniture (including custom upholstery, COM/COL, custom sizes, and custom finishes)

final clearance, and “as-is” items
-
items that have been assembled, installed, modified, used, or damaged after delivery (including stains, odors, pet damage, or wear)
- mattresses and bedding items (if applicable).
How to start a return
Email info@woodekdesign.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the item’s current condition. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds

refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise value only, after the item is received and inspected (delivery/shipping and applicable fees are excluded).

if the original payment method is not available, or for gift purchases, store credit may be issued.
