At Woodek Design, we believe furniture should be made to last. Our pieces are crafted with quality materials, thoughtful design, and long-term everyday use in mind.

That is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structural wood components of eligible Woodek Design furniture.

What This Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural wood components of eligible products, including defects that affect the strength, stability, or intended structural function of the item.

Covered structural components may include, depending on the product:

  • Solid wood frames
  • Wooden legs
  • Wooden table bases
  • Main wooden case structures
  • Structural wood support parts

If a covered structural defect occurs under normal household use, Woodek Design will, at our discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement part, replace the item with the same or a comparable product, or offer another appropriate solution.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required.

The product must have been purchased directly from woodekdesign.com or an authorized Woodek Design sales channel.

This warranty is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, chips, stains, discoloration, or fading
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, or tone
  • Small cracks, movement, or changes caused by natural wood expansion and contraction
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper cleaning, or improper care
  • Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, water, or outdoor conditions
  • Damage caused by moving, transport, relocation, improper storage, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or assembly/installation not approved by Woodek Design
  • Upholstery, fabric, leather, vegan leather, foam, finishes, hardware, drawer slides, hinges, or other non-structural parts
  • Commercial, rental, hospitality, or trade use unless approved in writing by Woodek Design
  • Clearance, final sale, floor sample, open-box, or “as-is” items, unless otherwise stated

Natural Wood Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material. Each Woodek Design piece may have unique grain patterns, tone variations, and natural characteristics. These are not defects and are part of the beauty of real wood furniture.

Wood may also expand or contract slightly due to changes in temperature, humidity, and environment. Proper indoor care helps preserve the quality and longevity of your furniture.
