Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to following countries: Denmark,
Finland, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, France, Estonia, Luxembourg, Poland. Rest of the world – ask for price!

How soon will I receive my order?

TIME OF DELIVERY:
Germany, Poland, Finland, Estonia- Delivery within 4 working days;
Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, France, Luxembourg- Delivery within 5 working days;

How will my item(s) be delivered?

Once we ship your goods, you will receive a tracking link and a number via email. We ship with GLS (Posti) in all countries listed above.
To avoid damage during transport all furniture is carefully double packaged.

Dispatch v Delivery

On the product page for each item you will see a dispatch time and a lead time if product is out of stock.

Will I have to pay VAT on my purchase(s)?

YES, we have included VAT already inside all the prices shown

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard.

What are Woodek Design returns & refund policy on goods?

-We offer a full refund for orders returned to us in a resellable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

-You have to pay for the return costs. Expenses for returns may vary, depending on the products size.

-You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back to our warehouse and if an item is broken or lost during shipment, you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.

-Please note that your refund may be refused if the product has been used in the way that reduces the sale value. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in original packaging.
