INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For deliveries outside EU, please contact us at info@woodekdesign.com and we can provide you with a quotation for delivery. The price will be based on the type of delivery, possible shipping couriers per country, size and weight of your order.

Returns

-We offer a full refund for orders returned to us in a resellable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

-You have to pay for the return costs. Expenses for returns may vary, depending on the products size.
You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back to our warehouse and if an item is broken or lost during shipment, you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return. Please note that your refund may be refused if the product has been used in the way that reduces the sale value. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in original packaging.
